We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for one more woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to locate out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband 1st left he was quite sad and apologetic as he felt that soon after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t feel he loved her any much more. He stated he needed time apart and didn't wish to tell her where he was going. He took a significant amount of dollars out of their joint bank account which he said he necessary to set himself up in a new location to live.
Whilst waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less dollars into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was very strange behaviour for him and completely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may possibly have one more woman as a comparable thing had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could help as we had helped her in the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was one more woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name along with the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just following he had left our client.
We were able to provide our client with all the evidence she necessary to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had possibly been getting an affair with this woman for many years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
